Please be aware that job listings on our platform are posted organically, which means that as a job approaches or exceeds a 30-day active period, it may gradually move towards the lower end of search results. To ensure optimal visibility for your job listings, we recommend following these guidelines:

If a job has been active for more than 30 days, we advise closing it and creating a new listing. This action will position your job at the top of search results once again, increasing its exposure and relevance to potential candidates.

Another effective strategy to differentiate your vacancy and attract high-quality candidates is to consider sponsoring your jobs on popular platforms such as Indeed or LinkedIn, in addition to other job boards. By sponsoring your jobs, you elevate their prominence and stand out from competing listings. To manage this process seamlessly, simply navigate to the "Get Candidates" option within GoHire and select “Promote on Indeed”.
