Screening questions allow you to add qualifiers on your application form so you can discover the most relevant and targeted candidates for your jobs.
There are three types of screening questions you can create:
Open text questions allow candidates to add any text to a question you ask. A good example could be 'Why are you applying for a job at Example App?'.
A single choice question is where a candidate must choose only one answer from your question choices. A good example could be 'Do you know how to use Facebook Adverts?' and providing 'Yes' or 'No' as possible answers.
