A guide to help your candidates to receive your emails

Written by Nihad Cehic

Receiving emails from GoHire

GoHire sends professional emails to candidates and applicants using the following email address:

This is the official email address used by the GoHire platform for candidate communications.

Important: If you receive emails claiming to be from GoHire that come from a different sending address or domain, they have not been sent by the GoHire platform. If you're unsure whether an email is genuine, please contact your recruiter or employer before responding.

Not receiving emails from GoHire?

If candidates are not receiving interview invitations, application updates or other communications, there are a few simple checks to make:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Search your mailbox for noreply@gohire-mail.com.

  • Add noreply@gohire-mail.com to your Safe Senders list.

  • If you're using a work email address, your organisation's IT team may also need to allow emails from the gohire-mail.com domain.

Adding GoHire as a trusted sender helps ensure future emails are delivered directly to your inbox rather than being filtered as spam.

Add GoHire to Safe Senders

Outlook / Hotmail / Outlook.com

  1. Sign in to Outlook.

  2. Select Settings (⚙️).

  3. Choose MailJunk email.

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add.

  5. Enter:

noreply@gohire-mail.com

Alternatively, you can add the entire domain:

gohire-mail.com
  1. Click Save.

Microsoft also allows you to add trusted senders directly from an email by selecting Never Block Sender.

Gmail

Gmail doesn't have a traditional Safe Senders list, but you can ensure GoHire emails always arrive in your inbox by creating a filter.

Option 1 – Add GoHire to your Contacts

  1. Open Google Contacts.

  2. Create a new contact.

  3. Add:

Save the contact.

Option 2 – Create a Gmail Filter (Recommended)

  1. Open Gmail.

  2. Select the Show search options icon.

  3. In the From field enter:

noreply@gohire-mail.com
  1. Click Create filter.

  2. Tick: Never send it to Spam

  3. Click Create filter.

This tells Gmail to always trust emails sent from GoHire.

Still not receiving emails?

If you've completed the steps above but still aren't receiving emails:

  • Ask the employer to confirm your email address has been entered correctly.

  • Check whether your mailbox is full.

  • If you're using a corporate or school email address, contact your IT department and ask them to allow emails from:

gohire-mail.com
  • If the issue persists, please contact the employer you applied to, as they'll be able to confirm whether the email was successfully sent from GoHire.
