When setting up an Automated Action, use the steps in the video, or see below.
Go to Edit Pipeline
Select the pipeline stage you wish to add a rule to by clicking the pencil icon
Add a rule (can add more than one) - Choose options such as; send email, add note, send questionnaire etc
Click save. You will know this has worked as a lightning bolt symbol will appear in your pipeline view
Now, when you move candidates from one stage to another, whichever rules you have selected will all automatically be triggered in the background, saving you important administration time
