We've all had that candidate show up to interview that bears little to no resemblance to how you envisage them based on their resume.
Video Interviews can used to quickly filter down your candidates, and save you time on those dreaded wasted interviews.

Use the steps outlined in the video above, or see below.
Create Questionnaire template by visiting settings > Questionnaires
Add a new template, and use the drop down options to select Video Answer (these can be mixed with written answers if you wish)
Change your desired video settings to pick video duration, whether the candidate can view their own video, and if they HAVE to answer it
Send your Video Interview either individually to each candidate, using Bulk Actions, or even Automated Stage Actions
Once the Video Interview has been completed by a candidate, head to their profile, and you will see their Interview under the Questionnaires tab
