Sending a job offer can make or break your candidate attraction. It is important you get it right.

With GoHire, you can send new and updated job offers seamlessly, ensuring candidates feel completely in tune with the hiring journey.

Head to the candidate profile you want to send a job offer to and click the ‘Offers’ tab.

From here you need to click ‘Send Offer’ which will open up a new offer form with a candidate.

In the job offer, you can upload any accompanying files like contracts and extended offer letters. You can also add a personal message for the candidate.

The candidate will then get a notification that you have sent an offer with the options to accept or reject that offer.

If the candidate rejects an offer you send them you can send a new job offer by clicking the ‘Send New Offer’ button in the ‘Offers’ tab in the candidate profile.
