Think a candidate is better suited to a different role in your business? In your account, you can use bulk actions to move candidates between jobs and add them to a more suitable role.
How to move candidates between jobs
You can move one or multiple candidates between jobs at any one time.
First, select the candidates you want to move to a different job from the candidate list within the job you want to move them from.
Next, hit the ‘Bulk Actions’ button and select ‘Move To Another Job’.
Finally, in the ‘Move Candidates’ window select the job you want to move the candidates to and hit ‘Move’.
It’s important to note that moving a candidate will move them to the new job and remove them from the previous job they were in. You can also ‘Copy To Another Job’ which will create a copy of the candidate's profile in both jobs.
