Think a candidate is better suited to a different role in your business? In your account, you can use bulk actions to copy candidates between jobs and add them to a more suitable role.

How to copy candidates between jobs/pools

You can copy one or multiple candidates between jobs/pools at any one time and you have the option to keep or delete them on the original job post.

First, select the candidates you want to copy to a different job/pool from the candidate list within the job you want to move them from.

Next, hit the ‘More’ button and select ‘Copy To Another Job / Pool’.

Finally, in the ‘Copy Candidates’ window, select the pool or job you want to move the candidates to and hit ‘Copy’.

It’s important to note that copying a candidate will copy them to the new job/pool and candidate info will stay in the previous job they were in. You then have the option to delete them from the previous job post.
