What is the Plus+ Plan?

For just £40/$50 a month or £400/$500 a year on top of your current plan, Plus+ gives you:

  • 💡 1000 Match AI credits per month — Use these to score candidates based on how well their CV matches your job description.

  • 📲 500 SMS credits per month — Perfect for texts like interview invites or onboarding requests.

🧮 What does a credit do? One credit = one use. So: one candidate for Match AI. For SMS, 2 credits = 1 text.

Why smart businesses use Plus+

Here’s what those features allow you to do — smarter, faster, more reliably.

Feature

Benefit

Real Use Case

Match AI credits

Automatically assess incoming candidates between 1-10.

Automatically reject candidates below a certain score (say, 2/10) or fast-track those scoring high (7/10) without manual review. Saves tons of time.

SMS credits

Bypasses email issues (spam, deliverability) to make sure candidates actually receive your messages.

Use SMS + email for interview invites so there’s a backup. Use SMS templates for things like onboarding document requests.

Best for whom?

The Plus+ Plan shines if you:

  • Receive many applications and need to filter them quickly

  • Want to minimise “junk” candidate review

  • Are concerned about emails not being delivered or being ignored

  • Need a reliable way to reach candidates when timing matters (interviews, documents, etc.)

Is it worth it?

👍 Pros:

  • Saves you time by letting AI help with the early sift

  • Better candidate communication via SMS improves response rates

  • The bundle gives enough credits to make a noticeable impact each month

How do I upgrade?

Navigate to Settings > Billing in your account and you should see three additional options below our standard Starter, Growth and Pro plans:

Starter Plus+
Growth Plus+
Pro Plus+

Each option is available as a ‘Monthly’ or ‘Yearly’ choice. Our ‘Yearly’ choice offers the best value with 2 months free!

By selecting one of these plans you add our Plus+ plan benefits to the existing plan tier.

💡Note: Plan features are still restricted or enabled by the plan tier you are on. E.g. if you want to pair Match AI with automations to automatically highlight strong candidates for review, you would need to select a Pro Plus+ plan.

Tips to make the most of your Plus+ Plan

  1. Set smart automations – For example: auto-reject anyone scoring below 2/10; flag anyone above 7/10 for a human review. Only available with a Pro Plus+ plan.

  2. Combine email + SMS for important notifications so you reduce the risk of being filtered out or ignored.

  3. Use templates for SMS to save time and ensure consistency.

  4. Track how credits are consumed — keep an eye on how fast you use Match AI or SMS credits so you can adjust usage and avoid waste.

Final Word

If speed, precision, and reliable communication are important in your recruitment process, the Plus+ Plan is a recommended upgrade. For just £40/$50 a month (or £400/$500 a year), those 1000 AI matches + 500 SMS messages could be the difference between being buried under applications and managing them proactively.
