Getting started with candidate pools is really easy. 

Pools work in much the same way as jobs, but even simpler.

To create a new Candidate Pool click the ‘Add New’ button and choose the 'Pool' option in your navigation bar.

In the new Candidate Pool window, you can give your pool a name and assign it to one of your teams.

 Finally, click ‘Add’.

NOTE: To start adding candidates to pools you can copy candidates from any of your existing jobs or import new candidates into your pools.
